      Israel Jaiye Opayemi is a seasoned strategist and crisis communications specialist who leads strategy development, issues advisory, government relations, and partnership building for key clients. He has held leadership positions in Image Savvy Limited and Wisdom Keys Nigeria before becoming the MD/Chief Strategist of Chain Reactions Africa.

      Opayemi holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Philosophy and a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Lagos. With over 26 years of experience, he has provided executive counsel to prominent public sector clients and built a strong network within Nigeria’s government and regulatory affairs spheres.

      Opayemi is a respected leader in the public relations industry and serves on multiple industry boards and associations.

      Franklin Ozekhome is a strategist, futurist, and cultural entrepreneur at the forefront of Africa’s creative economy. As EVP, Franklin shapes the strategic direction and innovation agenda at Chain Reactions Africa, translating the firm’s vision as a Futures Design Company into transformative outcomes for clients and markets.

       

      With over 18 years of experience across brand strategy, communications, and cultural innovation, Franklin has advised multinational corporations, high-growth startups, and public sector leaders across Africa, Europe, and North America. He is the founder of Pop Culture Varsity (POKV®), Africa’s first school of strategy and cultural foresight, and creator of proprietary frameworks such as HumanOS, Pop Capital, and Youth Futures, used to decode consumer behavior and anticipate emerging trends.

      Ayoola is a seasoned marketing and growth strategist with over 13 years of experience across the integrated marketing communication landscape, including business and growth strategy, data analysis, digital marketing, product and performance marketing, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain.

       
      He has a deep understanding of local and international consumers and develops solutions to complex organizational challenges. He is a natural leader who builds formidable teams that drive success and turn ideas into tangible results.


      Ayoola has a BSc. in Mass Communication from Bowen University, Iwo, Nigeria, and is currently writing his MBA with Nexford University; he holds several certifications in various fields such as Enterprise design thinking practitioner (IBM), Mastering people management and team leadership (Certification Edge), Artificial Intelligence (IBM), BlockChain (IBM), Coding (IBM), Data Science and Analytics (IBM), Marketing Analytics (the University of Virginia Darden School of Business), Social Media Marketing (Digital Marketing Institute), Associate CIM (the Chartered Institute of Marketing), Data Science (365 Data Science) to mention a few.


      Ayoola’s career journey spans diverse industries, from renowned agencies like SO&U, Saatchi & Saatchi to disruptive startups like DealDey.com and Opay – ORide, OWallet, Podozi.com, CMA Group – Soundcity and Spice TV, RADP/RDM, and Patricia Technologies.


      Ayoola is passionate about leading brands, ensuring they succeed in their various marketplace with the drive for constant improvement while making informed brand, marketing, and sales decisions using Data.
      As CEO/Co-founder of Umbrella, Africa’s marketplace for startup investment and exits, Ayoola empowers the next generation of African entrepreneurs. Operational in six countries, Umbrella bridges the gap between pre-seed and seed founders and investors, fostering a vibrant ecosystem for innovation and growth, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, and Uganda.

      Damilola is an experienced strategic thinker in marketing communications, specializing in PR, brand strategies, and content creation. Her expertise spans various sectors such as FMCG, Financial Technology, NGOs, and Government Agencies.

      With a proven track record at SOL PR and LSF PR, she has managed accounts for notable brands including MultiChoice Nigeria, Pernod Ricard Nigeria, and the Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
      At Chain Reactions Africa, she serves as an Associate Consultant, driving business strategies and client management.

      Damilola holds a B.Sc. in History and International Studies and possesses certifications in Media Management, Marketing Strategy, and Advertising.

      Adedamola Danso is a strategy consultant who helps brands translate ambition into measurable business outcomes. She leads engagements with clients across FMCG, telecoms, e-commerce, and government, focusing on growth, reputation, and market relevance.


      With expertise in diagnosing brand challenges — from perception gaps to stagnant growth and declining engagement — she designs strategies that align with business objectives and deliver lasting impact.
